The ability to access some of Mulk.pk's features depends on you registering an account and submitting personal information for your profile. You are in charge of protecting the privacy of your account and password. Mulk.pk also holds you liable for all actions taken pertaining to your Account. Therefore, you consent to alerting us of any fraudulent usage of your Account by utilizing this Service. Mulk.pk has the right to delete your Account for this and any other cause. Any prior accounts that violated the Mulk terms, or were used for third-party marketing or any other purposes, are subject to being closed permanently.

According to these Conditions, the usage of our service is free and the user assumes all risks associated with usage of this Service. This includes the chance of being exposed to material that might, among other things, be offensive, unreliable, disagreeable or carry other malware risks, for which Mulk does not take any responsibility.

Mulk users can become a star member and enjoy all the exclusive offers and discount coupons offered by business owners and the Mulk team. As well, your review will always be treated as a priority review and stay on the top. Mulk's first rank is Green Star member, which requires users to add at least 5 approved reviews. Gold Star members require 100 reviews with 70% fair voting by other users.

Discount coupons are offered by business owners and can be viewed by Mulk Star members only. Any star member can show the discount coupon to the place they visit and claim the instant discount.

Mulk gives an opportunity to its users to network with other users, follow them to check their live feed, make friends and chat with other users. Mulk users can also communicate with business owners for any questions or suggestions. Mulk users can see other users' live feed and reviews and vote on their reviews.

Any offensive chat or voting by users can lead to termination of your account. The Mulk team is determined to keep its social community clean and to make sure it's not hurting other users and businesses. Please make sure that you're not using Mulk social for any third-party marketing campaigns or bulk texting, which can cause permanent closure of your account.

The content you post is entirely your responsibility and, once posted on the Service, it cannot be withdrawn without action on our part. Therefore, you accept all consequences that could be linked to your content, which includes relying on its reliability, authenticity, and quality. You may imply in no way, shape, or form that Mulk.pk sponsors or endorses your uploaded content.

Mulk.pk has the right to utilize your content in a variety of ways. In uploading it to the Service, you agree to the public display, reformatting, and incorporation into advertisements of your content, as well as its redistribution for the purpose of our marketing campaigns on other media. Thus, you irrevocably grant Mulk.pk worldwide rights to your uploaded work that are unrestricted, transferable, and sublicensable for any use.

Mulk.pk is not obligated to provide backup copies of your content, nor do we promise any confidentiality with regard to the content you publish, except what is required by law. We maintain the right, with or without prior warning to you, to review, modify, restore, or remove user content at any time.

You may see third-party ads on Mulk, or links to other applications or websites. We do not take any responsibility for any purchase, or anything concerned or action taken by the user. The user is solely responsible for any action while using our service.

Mulk always gives priority to its sponsored listings in search results, categories and other pages. You might see sponsor listings of our partners on various pages on our website and mobile apps.

In accessing the Service and in its use, you agree to receive connections with other users, business accounts and Mulk.pk through this Service and other means such as electronic mails, text messages, notifications and phone calls.

The closure of your Account and ceasing of all access to or usage of Mulk.pk are sufficient grounds for terminating these Terms at any time. The Service may send you a notice when your account is terminated. We reserve the right to delete your Account, restrict your access to particular features of the Service, revoke any licenses or permissions we have granted you, and/or completely ban you for any reason, with or without prior warning and without incurring any obligation. You wouldn't be able to access your Account, Content, or the Service in general if you do any of these actions.

Business owners can create their business account at no cost and list their business free at Mulk. Once you register at Mulk you are fully in charge of protecting the privacy of your account and passwords. Business account holders are fully responsible for all the content they post — just to determine that you are not using your account for any third-party ads or marketing purposes, or any kind of fraudulent activity, while utilizing our service. This may cause us to suspend or permanently terminate the service for you, with or without any notice.

Business account holders also acknowledge all the risks associated with using our service, such as the chance of being exposed to offensive reviews, disrespectful content or any malware.

MULK is absolutely free of cost. You can register any of your businesses — Restaurant, Salon, Automotive, bakeries, etc. As our tagline suggests, "Powered by People", which gives users the authority to add businesses on Mulk, there's a possibility that your business may already be present and getting reach & reviews — which means you have nothing to worry about. You can claim your business by clicking the 'Claim your business' option under the business and take full control of your listing: update information, add your working hours, respond to reviews & messages and keep adding the latest photos to keep your audience updated, because having a significant presence on Mulk helps build trust with potential clients.

Any newly added listing by the business owner or any claimed listing cannot be deleted. However, business account holders can mark their business listing as permanently or temporarily closed, since most of the listings and content are added by Mulk users. If you wish to delete or unpublish any listing, you can fill out our support form at mulk.pk/biz/support and our support team will assist you happily.

Our ad campaign packages are specially designed for business owners to get maximum exposure by running ad campaigns and staying on top of the search. You can log in to your business account and start an ad campaign by selecting any listed business in your business owner dashboard. Currently we have 3 different packages to choose from, depending on your budget.

Payments: Mulk accepts payments via Jazz Cash, Bank Deposit, Pay by Check and Cash on Delivery in certain locations in Pakistan. Please contact our support team for further assistance. On acceptance of payment your ad campaign will be visible on Mulk.

Refunds: We do not offer any refund, including ad campaigns, third-party ads, etc. All purchases are final purchases. Any fraudulent payments will be refunded to the original party and will result in your account closure.

Mulk allows its users to communicate with any business by sending them texts with our chat feature; however, business owners can also communicate with any user for any question related to reviews or special offers. The Mulk team also has the right to communicate for any claimed listing, reclaimed listing, verification or marketing purposes via chat, SMS, or phone call.

The business owner has full right to control their business listings; however, the business owner cannot delete any review or photos added by any Mulk user. The user has the full right to delete any written review. The business owner has the right to communicate with the user to discuss anything about the review or special offers.

Business account holders have full control to offer discount coupons for any of their listed businesses. Mulk does not control this feature. Business account holders take full responsibility for what they offer in the discount coupon and stick to that coupon under the oath that they will give the mentioned discount to any eligible user who can claim the coupon.

According to our user terms, only Green Star or Gold Star members can access the coupons. Business account holders take full responsibility to give discounts on offered coupons. Any reported fake coupons offered to users may cause you to terminate your business account.

We reserve the right to change the Terms of Use at any time. The most recent version of our terms and conditions is available here. By continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge and agree that each individual's access to and use of the Service is subject to the Terms in force at the time of such access or use. You will be notified through email, a notice placed on the Service, and/or other channels before the changes take effect if and when we make significant modifications to these Terms. The date on which such changes were most recently made will also be noted at the top of this page. You should frequently check these Terms because they could change.

Mulk.pk is not responsible for the conduct of any of the listed businesses. We strive to provide you with a healthy platform, and if a business listing does not meet the standards you can leave feedback. Mulk has the authority to ban any business listing from the platform. However, Mulk.pk cannot be held liable for any dealings through our platform between users and businesses.
